Jesse kramer: A background in professional sports.


My name is Jesse Kramer, and I am a cyclist from the Netherlands with over four years of experience at the highest level. I have raced for teams such as Visma, Jayco, and the Dutch National Team, giving me a deep understanding of performance, structure, and long-term development.

Alongside my racing career, I have studied training methods, nutrition, and now sports psychology and coaching. I use this knowledge to guide riders not only physically but also mentally — helping them grow with confidence, motivation, and purpose.

I coach because I love the sport and enjoy helping motivated riders reach the next level, whether they are talented U19-athletes or ambitious amateur cylists.
